The 2026 Chicago Central MSBL New Player Workout and Draft will be held on Saturday, March 7th, 12:00 noon - 2:00 PM at Force Elite Baseball, 551 W. Roosevelt Rd., West Chicago, IL. Draft will be held immediately afterward at 2 PM. If you are interested in coming to the workout and trying out, the cost is $10 and you can register and pay via credit card, Google Pay, or cash app here:

The league continues accepting payments from players and teams online. Our provider is Square, and we are able to take credit/debit cards, Google Pay, or Cash App payments. The Chicago Central MSBL remembers board member and 53 Islanders player Brian Hickman, who passed away February 13th. Brian had been on our board of directors for seven years, often tasked with the unenviable duty of straightening out all our paperwork requirements, and keeping our rule book fresh and accurate. We send our thoughts and sympathies to Hick's friends and family.
